I have a cat that had a calcium oxalate stone removed from his bladder a year and a half ago. Since then he's been on Purina NF Vet Diet to help prevent them. The problem is, I would love to reward him with treats, but haven't been able to find a type of treat that is formulated specially for Calcium Oxalate Stones. Is there treats that are safe? What do I need to look out for in foods? ANY help would be great. I also would love to feed him a raw-food 'holistic' type of meal now and then, but don't know what would work for Calcium Oxalate Stones. Please reply... thanks!
