Once he learned it, he never get the ball back to me, just throw around him and asks me to throw it to him again..

Welcome to the forum. Lots of young dogs like to run after sticks, balls, etc. - and then are reluctant to give them back! Dogs can be trained to fetch, bring back and drop; there are videos and articles about it.
