i noticed on country chics snow thread we have two texans.

i was born in south wales and i now live in east anglia uk over the other side of the country.

where are you? anybody neighbours? i on another forum there were two others in the same county as me.

Well as everyone knows I'm in West Texas, but I am not from here. My parents were both Air Force so I was born and spent the first 5 years of my life in Athens, Greece. Which I even got to keep a dual citizenship for Greece and the US until I turned 21...after that if I wanted keep my Greek citizenship I would have to serve in the greek military...lol not my idea of a good time. We also lived in Turkey and Germany briefly. My "homes" though would have to be Texas and Alabama which is where most of my relatives are & where I have spent the majority of my time. :D

Actually, my dad was in the Army. I was too little to remember any German. My mother immigrated to NY from Ireland when she was a teenager. My father moved to NY from NC after his mother died, when he was a teenager,to stay with family. We moved to VA, because my father had family here, when I was a teenager.
