Chapped Lips

Now that It's Winter, and very cold, Taz (My boxer dog puppy) has chapped lips. They are all red and he is licking 'em all the time. What do we do? :?:

I'm not sure theres much you can do. My rottie use to get them all the time too, the last time she actually lost piugment in her lips, so now I have a black and tan rottie with pink lips, lol.
