The unthinkable happened to Bill Whiting on Halloween Night 2007.His poor dog Edna was kidnapped and tortured possibly killed for a very small extortion randsome while Verizon did Nothing! I am asking everone here to sign this petition.Violence against our Animals MUST STOP!!!!!!
