Hey guys. I really need help regarding a few of your favorite small pets. There are a few I already have or don't want at all (below). I just want them to be at a reasonable price and stay relatively small (smaller than a lab or so) throughout their life.

PETS I HAVE OR DON'T WANT:

Dogs (Have)
Cats (Don't want)
Turtles/tortoises (Have)
Snakes (Don't want)
Frogs (Don't want)

A very warm welcome to the forum, Stephen! Feel free to post some pictures of your dog(s) and tortoise(s). I'm sure that members would love to see them.

Regarding suggestions for a small pet, how about a rabbit or a guinea pig?

As already said there are rabbits, Guinea pigs, birds, reptiles such as bearded dragons hamsters, rats, mice

I really want a hamster but I don't know if my parents would let me. How should I convince them?

That's a good question! But only you know your parents and how to persuade them, LOL!

I've got 4. 3 red eared sliders and 1 dog (for the family) but 2 of the turtles are 2 of my sisters. Only one is mine.

Sounds like you have good responsibility then so the next question you have to ask yourself is why don't your parents want you to get a hamster? Maybe there is a reason such as a family member is allergic or afraid of them?
