      Amazing creatures ....
All this talk of religion, but it's how you live your life that is the all-important thing.
If you set out each day to do all the goodness and kindness that you can, and to do no harm to man or beast, then you are walking the highest path.
And when your time is up, if you can leave the earth a better place than you found it, then yours will have been a life well lived.

Very nice snake pictures! Once I left the door of our Granny Cottage cracked opened since I was moving stuff in and out. After a long pause of about a half of an hour I went to take something back into the cottage and about a foot of tail of one of these was sticking out the door with most of his body INSIDE!!!!! I had boxes stacked just to the inside of the door and that New Mexico Garter Snake was trying to make his abode there. I knew they were not poisonous but me being an inexperienced snake handler it took me about 1/2 hour to coax him out of the house. At first I grabbed him by the tail and that sure did not work. They can hold onto boxes very well. haha
